RFQ / Quotation Procedures

Depending on the structure that you represent, procedures for requesting manual quotations vary.

Please note that incomplete RFQ Inquiries will be declined.

Individual Customers

  • Quotations: Lab401 cannot provide quotations for individual customers.
    Detailed pricing (products, tax, shipping) is available on the checkout page.
  • Payment Terms: Payment terms are not available for individual customers.

Companies

  • Quotations:
    • Orders over 1000EU: 50EU Administrative Fee
    • Orders under 1000EU: 100EU Administrative Fee

  • Payment Terms: Payment terms are not available for companies.

  • Payment Options:
    • Online
    • Wire: Incurs 50EU Administration Fee

In order to provide a quotation, all necessary information must be provided. Inquiries with missing / incomplete information cannot be processed.

Educational Institutions

  • Quotations: 
    • Orders over 1000EU: 50EU Administrative Fee
    • Orders under 1000EU: 100EU Administrative Fee

  • Payment Terms:
    • Available for French educational institutions using Chorus.
    • Incurs 150EU Administrative Fee
  • Payment Options:
    • Online
    • Wire

    • Incurs 150EU Administrative Fee
