COVID19 Update

Lab401's warehousing and logistics are based in France, which introduced restrictions to non-essential commerce on March 14. After two weeks of data, we can confirm Lab401's operations

  • Order processing operational (< 24h)
  • Customer Support operational (< 24h)
  • Shipping operational but modified

Regular postal systems are saturated; to guarantee your delivery we are sending all shipments via courier. Likewise, we are providing free insurance with all shipments during this time.

For European Shipments:

  • Paid shipping increased to 19€ All shipments via courier
  • Free shipping from €250
  • Urgent / Express shipping is operational
  • Some EU destinations are restricted.
    • Italy: No deliveries to: Ariano Irpino, Polla, Sala Consilina, Atena Lucana, Caggiano, Medicina, Montebello Ionico et San Lucido
    • Portugal: No deliveres to Ovar

For International Shipments:

  • Standard Shipments Suspended
  • Urgent / Express shipping is operational
  • Some destinations are restricted.
    • Singapore: Deliveries to company addresses are suspended until May 7.
    • South Africa: Deliveries are suspended until the end of restrictions.
    • Argentina, Bolivia, Ecuador, Panama, Peru and Venuzuella: Deliveries are suspended until the end of restrictions.

Please note, although orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day, we have noticed that the courier services are experiencing delays before processing new packages. This is out of our control, and appears to fluctuate from same-day to up to 3 business days.

We will update this thread if and when the situation changes.

In the meantime, we are using the imposed quarantine to put the finishing touches on new products.
